TideOnTile

With 4.5 trillion cigarette butts littered each year, there's no tidy tile left on the pavements, We're on it!

We are all surrounded (tired as non-smokers!) by cigarette butts in the pavements, they are the single most littered item across the entire globe, making incontrovertible damages to the wildlife and visual aspect of everyday citylife.
TideOnTile focusing on this problem tries to define a new pavement element with no added visual weight to the city environment. We've been looking at the usual behavior of throwing away smoked cigarettes and tried to keep the act as simple as possible for smokers to use the product. There's an organized plan to replace the tiles with flower boxes in time schedules in order to decrease the amount of used cigarettes little by little.
