Synchronizers

To ensure the children get to learn moral science and etiquette

The Synchornizers is an Organization which is trying to Synchronize the students in a Moral way. We believe that the current schooling curriculum has the least emphasis on teaching the students the Morals and other etiquette's. Hence we are focusing on providing a service to the students to teach the students/children the basic morals, manners etc by using innovative videos/short stories which can be taken well by the students. We have mentioned the areas which we are planning to concentrate in the below points -

1. Moral Science & Etiquette -
1.1 Moral science for Children - The general Morals are to be taught to the children using stories or by making them watch short films and then conducting a small quiz or asking them to answer a few questions on the takeaways from the above activities. This class can be taken for 30 minutes every week. On top of this we can ask a few kids to explain a few instances when they have followed the morals during the past week.
1.2 Etiquette's -
1.2.1 - Courtesy Manners
1.2.2 - Etiquette's for Effective communication
1.2.3 - Telephone Manners
1.2.4 - Table Manners -
1.2.5 - Hygiene Manners - Basic things like brush your teeth, clip your nails, etc. and also teach them the basic first aid procedures
2. Environmental sustainability -
Once we teach the children about the moral science and etiquette's we can explain them the importance of sustaining various things related to the environment.
2.1 Importance of preserving water
2.2 Waste management - Dry Waste/ Wet Waste
2.3 Importance of trees
2.4 Organic Methods

As mentioned earlier, we can follow 2-3 different ways for implementing.
a. Short Videos - These can be animated videos or regular short films. The videos will portray the importance of the corresponding moral or etiquette or manners that we are planning to highlight for the session. The length of the videos can be up to 10 minutes. Once the video is displayed, we can either conduct a quiz among the students or give them a worksheet with specific questions related to takeaways from the video that was displayed.
b. Small workshops and lectures - This is the default way with some animated presentations as discussed yesterday.

How will the organization sustain?
For government schools we will try and find out donors or corporate sponsors who will bare the costs for the school. As far as non-government schools as concerned we can

Charge per video basis
Charge per class basis

How do we measure the success of the program?
During the weekly session, we ask the children (say 5 children every week) to tell about the morals or etiquette's that they have learned and implemented in a quick 2 minute talk (per student). This way we can ensure that the children are learning from the videos (quiz/worksheet) and applying it in their real life.
